Primary Paper Frame Pleated Air Filter

Introduction :

1. The paper frame primary air filter is suitable for the primary filtration of the air conditioning system.

   2. The outer frame is made of moisture-proof raw pulp wood fiber cardboard, which has high strength and is not easy to deform.

   3. The primary effect filter uses non-woven fabric, glass fiber, etc. as the filter material, and is folded into a high-strength cardboard, so that the windward area increases, and the dust particles are effectively blocked by the filter material. 

Structure 

1. Paper frame filter style: generally is flat panel type

2. Paper frame filter material: synthetic fiber filter material;

3. Paper frame filter frame: cardboard frame

Characteristics 

1. Used to filter dust particles above 5μm

2. The resistance is small, the air volume is large, the service life is long, and the outer frame structure is firm and stable, ensuring that the filter will not be deformed or damaged in a poor environment.

3. The filter material is made of high-quality polyester synthetic fiber, and the fluffy and gradually dense fiber structure ensures a high dust collection rate, better protects the filter at the rear end and prolongs its service life.

4. The initial resistance is low, the dust holding capacity is large, and it is strong.  The efficiency is better than that of the traditional flat filter, and it can also prolong the life of the high-efficiency air filter in the rear stage.

Application:

1. It is most commonly used in program-controlled switches and computer rooms with constant temperature and humidity air conditioners, as well as central fresh air units and ventilation systems.

2. Low cost of paper frame filter, coarse dust filtration, pre-filtration of air filtration system; widely used in office buildings, conference rooms, hospitals, shopping malls, airports and other large civil building ventilation and air conditioning systems.
