At the same time, through the most comprehensive process and high-precision professional testing instruments, we complete professional evaluation of products from raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, and adjust and optimize filter screen design through subsequent test data, so as to provide each customer with a satisfactory solution. At present, it is equipped with a filter paper efficiency and resistance test system, a CCM3 cubic standard test chamber, and a 30 cubic CADR test room.

After getting the customer's confirmation of the design plan and samples, in order to ensure stability, the batch test and quantity test will be arranged at the corresponding stage, and various problems and details in the process will be strictly recorded, and relevant countermeasures will be quickly formulated and implemented to ensure that other tasks are completed within the schedule. Relevant materials, tooling, molds, operation guidance, inspection guidance, staffing and other issues have been fully resolved to finally meet the customer's QDC quality delivery cost and other requirements.
